Presenter: Troy Anderson, a Customer Education Specialist at Gale/Cengage Learning for the last three years, is a graduate of Michigan State University’s school of Communication Arts and Sciences. He has always had a passion for reading, writing, and educating. He has been working with students for over 10 years and enjoys working with and educating individuals of all ages. Troy has a passion for people, an ambitious “make it work” attitude, and when working with customers his enthusiasm is infectious!
